And now, on August 24, 2024, ELED STUDENT CONNECT was held to welcome new students of the English language education study program. The orientation is designed to familiarize them with the campus, introduce them to the faculty, and help them build connections with peers from diverse backgrounds. It is a time for discover students potential, explore new opportunities, and lay the foundation for lifelong friendships. As a welcome to these new students, we recognize their potential to make a positive impact on the world and commit to providing them with the support and resources they need to thrive. This is not just a welcome to a university, it is an invitation to become part of a legacy of excellence, innovation, and community.
With a warm welcome from the head of the study program and several lecturers, the event began with a prayer reading by Moh. Faizin, M.Pd.I. then continued with a warm welcome from lecturers from other English language education study programs.
By inviting two great speakers, M. Farkhi Faisol Hakim M.pd and Nanda Lintang Utari Kuncahyo S.pd to share college tips and tricks. To sharing a mature plan, step by step to make it easier to achieve your dreams until graduate. Not only graduate, but can become the best graduate in the following years. As we celebrate this new chapter, we are excited to see the unique contributions each student will bring to our community and look forward to the many achievements they will accomplish during their time here.
Not only that, the committee members were also enthusiastic and excited to welcome the new students since their arrival at the registration desk. While accompanied by drinks and snacks to be enjoyed together. Moving on to the next event, such as ice breaking, this event featured acoustic music performed by members of HIMAPRODI PBI from the Skills and Talents Division. Everyone sang together, bringing smiles and laughter to each other.
Then before the end of the event, we don't just moving and forget to take the documentation session as a memory at ELED 2024 this time. With proud, this event has been successfully implemented, chaired by Alnaria Maulida Intan and all the committee members who have worked together to make the event a success. Before it really ends, we end by eating and sharing together accompanied by sweet and fresh fruit or called 'Rujakan.'
